HumpDay Boredom

Because I drank one too many glasses of wine.
Because I'm just sick of sitting in one spot for 8 hours
and just Because,

I decided to photoshop some more.

Even though I liked this picture as is, I still thought it just needed "something." It was taken just before the sun settled down on a cloudy cold day, so the blues came out nicely, but since it was evening, the focus wasn't all that great.

Much nicer. I pulled out the shadows and made the blue more crisp. I also tried to extend some white, plus I noticed that there was too much activity around the river cropping most of it off focused on the river.

Oh, and then I just got crazy and creative and switched colors. Of all the color schemes I went through, I really liked the septic most.

AARON!! Always my poser, always my smile. Indoors, too much shadow.

Taking out the shadow.

Again, just got crazy and I actually liked it.

Shadow of my Cross

So this is my work photoshoped. I really loved this picture but was turned off with the bar in the back. Although the dramatic scene behind the cross was beautiful enough, I felt the bar distracted it, so I explored in taking it out. What do you think?

Of course, my original prints will have my logo off of it. Will decipher on this one for a while and then decide if I want to post the print on ebay or not.

Mr. Frost inviting me out

Ah, here I am, wandering abouts in the cold bitter day. For the most part I was indoors staying warm, but decided to venture out to see what I could capture. Actually, everything was covered in a blanket of white and nothing looked interesting. Maybe some other time...

Capturing Lonliness

Here is a picture taken some time ago. Though its been tweaked a bit to pull out more of the blue from the greyness, I found it to capture a sense of loneliness. It was my oldest that spotted the tree from the distance and commented on how the fog settled around it. I was on a main highway and had to pull over to take the pick. It turned out eerie in a way, and simple.

My first blog

Love this picture.
This is a test blog to see how things pan out. Following these next blogs will be pictures with the story to it.
